Many of you would not know but this is actually a remake of the original 1973 film by George A. Romero. This movie is directed by Breck Eisner whom i have personally not heard of before. Well after watching the movie i can't help but feel that this remake is actually better then the previous one.
The latter uses a number of unknown actors but its not the actors that matters , it's the movie itself so i believe this movie is actually worth watching.

Like how all 'zombie' movies begin , it starts with a plane carrying bio hazard chemials which crashes in the jungle where the town's water supply comes from.
It's almost quite predictable from there onwards. People become 'zombiefied' and starts to kill all the townfolks and the movie focus on the last group of survivor.

From my point of view. This would be alright for a casual weekend movie at the cinema.
